Qualifications

• Licensed attorney admitted in LA, MS, or CO.
• Experience in employment or civil rights preferred.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Excellent client communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in navigating agencies such as EEOC, DOL, DOE, NLRB and OSHA.
• Thoroughly investigate claims to prepare for litigation.
• Litigate cases from filing through depositions, motions and trial in federal court.
• Guide clients through mediations and settlement negotiations.
