Qualifications

• JD from ABA accredited law school with excellent academics.
• 2+ years of employment law experience preferred.
• Current LA Bar admission in good standing.
• Understanding of state and federal agency procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Defend and litigate employment-related lawsuits and charges.
• Advise and train employers on labor law issues.
• Represent employers in court, at agencies, mediations, and arbitrations.
