This full-time, in-office role targets a recently licensed California attorney or those with up to three years of civil litigation experience who are eager to grow in a collegial, high-performing environment. Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active California State Bar membership; recently admitted candidates encouraged.
• 1–3 years of California civil litigation experience; strong research and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and supporting memoranda under attorney supervision.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on substantive and procedural issues.
• Review and analyze documents in connection with active litigation matters.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and court appearances as needed.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff under attorney supervision.
• Potential second chair trial responsibilities.
• Independently manage assigned civil litigation matters with oversight.
• Develop client relationships and litigation strategy for assigned cases.
• Network to generate future client base.
