SalesBountyHunter is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1–3+ years of civil litigation experience to join the team in San Francisco. The role offers direct client contact, hands-on courtroom experience, and mentorship from seasoned litigators across employment, real estate, business, personal injury, and employment litigation representing plaintiffs and defendants.

Key responsibilities include drafting pleadings, conducting advanced legal research, handling discovery, and appearing at hearings

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Active California State Bar member in good standing (required).
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft complaints, answers, motions, briefs, and pleadings.
• Conduct sophisticated legal research and analysis.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery requests.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and witnesses.
• Prepare for and appear at hearings, case management conferences, and court proceedings.
• Assist with and attend mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Manage litigation deadlines and maintain organized case files.
