Confidential Careers in Hermosa Beach, CA seeks an attorney to draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, and memoranda under supervision; conduct legal research and review documents for active litigation; attend depositions and court appearances; collaborate with clients and opposing counsel; potential second chair trial responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has a JD from an accredited law school, CA Bar admission, 1–3 years of CA civil litigation experience, strong research and writing, and

Competenze

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar (recently admitted candidates strongly encouraged to apply)
• One to three years of California civil litigation experience
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Ability to manage competing deadlines with precision and professionalism
• Familiarity with California Rules of Court and Los Angeles Superior Court local rules preferred
• Residence in or proximity to the South Bay/Hermosa Beach area strongly preferred, given the in-office nature of this position

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary range: $100,000 to $125,000, commensurate with experience
• Discretionary year-end bonus
• Origination fees for matters brought to the firm
