Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Idaho.
• 1–3+ years of family law or litigation experience preferred.
• Courtroom and litigation experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research and develop strategies for complex family law issues.
• Communicate regularly with clients and provide legal guidance.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in contested and uncontested matters.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely case progression.
• Maintain accurate billing, timekeeping, and case documentation.
• Stay current on family law statutes, case law, and procedural rules.
• Other duties as assigned.
