Associate Attorney Civil Litigation – Philadelphia

Overview:We have an opportunity for an Associatewith civil litigation experience (preferably in the area of product liability) to join our Philadelphia, PA location. When you join our team of legal professionals you can expect to be given significant responsibility and have immediate involvement with litigation matters. This position is hybrid and offers work from home and in-office workdays.

Skills / Qualifications:We are looking for civil litigation attorneys with the following:

• JD from accredited law school
• Current Pennsylvania Bar admission required with New Jersey Bar admission preferred.
• 3-7 years of litigation experience (insurance defense/product liability)
• Large scale motion experience
• Trial experience, preferred
• Understanding of current state and federal procedures
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
