Snyder Burnett Egerer, LLP is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience to handle case management, drafting motions, depositions, hearings, and trials. Candidates must have a valid California Bar license, strong legal research and writing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage civil litigation cases from start to finish

Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda

Conduct discovery and depositions

Represent clients in court hearings and trials

Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school

3-5 years of civil litigation experience

Strong research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills

Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently

Preferred: Candidates within 45 minutes of Santa Barbara
