Civil Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a skilled civil defense Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil litigation with a focus on insurance defense, workers' compensation, and/or general liability cases. This role will involve representing clients in court, preparing legal documents, and providing expert legal advice to ensure favorable outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including insurance defense and personal injury claims.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases and strategies.
• Negotiate settlements and engage in dispute resolution processes on behalf of clients.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, trials, and depositions as necessary.
• Provide clients with expert legal advice and guidance throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies and improve legal services.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
