The role involves depositions, mediations, hearings, trials, thorough legal research, and developing litigation strategies aligned with client goals. Excellent writing, analytical, and negotiation skills are required; SC Bar admission is mandatory.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the South Carolina Bar is mandatory.
• Admission to the Federal District Court of South Carolina is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of civil defense experience with a proven track record.
• Excellent analytical, writing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
• Civil Defense Experience.
