Our clients come to us at difficult moments — after a loved one has been neglected, exploited, or cut out of an estate — and our work is to hold the responsible parties accountable. It is meaningful litigation with real stakes for real people, and our associates are in it from day one.
We are hiring an associate attorney with 0–2 years of experience. This is a hands‑on litigation position, not a document‑review job. You will carry your own share of the case work from the start, with direct partner mentorship as you build the skills that make a trial lawyer.
Full-time, Monday through Friday, in person at our San Diego office.
