The position requires at least 7+ years of litigation experience, NJ Bar licensure, and a proven track record in divorce, custody, and related matters,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of litigation/trial experience (family law preferred).
• Licensed and in good standing with the New Jersey Bar.
• Strong courtroom presence and case management skills.
• Excellent legal writing and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence.
• Conduct depositions and prepare cases for trial.
• Provide strategic legal guidance to clients on divorce, custody, support, and related matters.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff using structured workflow systems.
• Maintain clear and consistent client communication.
