Stevenson Staffing LLC in New Jersey is seeking a Family or Civil Litigation Attorney for a fully remote role with required in-person availability for client meetings, hearings, motions, and court proceedings as needed.

The firm handles family law, divorce matters, and civil, commercial, and impact litigation statewide, offering genuine mentorship and autonomy. Family law experience is welcome but not required, and the right candidate will run files with independence.

• Minimum one year of litigation experience required.
• Family law experience welcome but not required.
• Remote role with in-person availability for client meetings, hearings, motions, and other court proceedings as needed.

Responsibilities

• An attorney who belongs in a courtroom, can run a file, and wants to practice with real autonomy at a firm that will back them up.
• We handle the full spectrum of family law and divorce matters — including complex equitable distribution, custody litigation, post-judgment enforcement, and appeals — across multiple counties statewide. We also handle civil, commercial, and impact litigation matters.
