Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, parenting time, child support, alimony, and domestic violence matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, certifications, and legal documents
• Manage cases from inception through resolution
• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Participate in court appearances, negotiations, and case strategy
