Job description

Client is a fully remote, statewide New Jersey litigation firm with an active family law and divorce practice. We are seeking an associate attorney with at least one year of family law or civil litigation experience. Family law experience is welcome but not required if you are a skilled litigator, we will invest in you.

This is a substantive litigation role. You will manage your own files, appear in court, argue motions, and advise clients directly. Attorneys here work with genuine autonomy. We are a collegial team that supports one another, and mentorship is available and real.
