Job summary

The position focuses on general liability and professional liability matters, offering the opportunity to handle complex cases in a collaborative, client-focused environment. You will manage all aspects of litigation, perform legal research, draft pleadings, and represent clients in court, mediations, and arbitrations while working

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 2–8 years of experience in general liability and/or professional liability defense.
• Active license/ In good standing to practice law.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions.
• Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers.
