Job summary

Wicker Smith in Jacksonville, Florida, seeks an Associate Attorney with 2 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic litigation team focusing on general liability and professional liability matters.

You will manage all aspects of litigation, conduct legal research, draft memoranda and motions, and represent clients in court, mediations, and arbitrations, with mentorship from senior attorneys and partners.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 2 to 8 years of liability defense experience.
• Active license in good standing to practice law.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
