The Melbourne Office of Wicker Smith O’Hara McCoy & Ford, P.A is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 2 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic litigation team. This position will focus on general liability and professional liability matters, providing a unique opportunity to handle complex cases in a collaborative and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
