The Ticket Clinic Law Firm in Georgia seeks an attorney licensed to practice in Georgia to join its established criminal and traffic defense team. You will handle high-volume caseloads, litigate cases through trial, and draft motions, pleadings, and correspondence for courts and personnel.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, trial experience, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while collaborating with fellow attorneys and staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel throughout Georgia for court appearances; company vehicle provided after onboarding.

Responsibilities

We represent thousands of clients annually in matters ranging from routine traffic violations to serious misdemeanor and felony criminal charges.

The ideal candidate must be licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia and possess strong organizational, communication, and litigation skills. Criminal law experience is preferred, and trial experience is highly desirable.

Candidates should be capable of managing a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment, litigating cases through trial, and drafting legal motions, pleadings, and correspondence for courts and court personnel. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with fellow attorneys and legal assistants while also demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A willingness to travel throughout the State of Georgia for court appearances and hearings is required. Additionally, candidates should be comfortable consulting with both existing clients and prospective clients seeking legal representation.
