Job summary

The Ticket Clinic Law Firm is seeking a licensed Georgia attorney to join our fast-paced criminal and traffic defense team. You will litigate cases through trial, draft motions and pleadings, and engage with clients across Georgia while working closely with fellow attorneys and staff.

Ideal candidates will hold an active Georgia Bar license, be in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia, and be willing to travel statewide.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Bar license is required.
• Member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia is required.
• Ability to travel throughout Georgia; a company vehicle is provided after onboarding.
• Criminal defense experience is preferred; traffic defense experience is a plus.
• Strong writing and advocacy skills; ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work with counsel and staff.

Responsibilities

• Litigate cases through trial and prepare motions, pleadings, and correspondence for courts.
• Manage a high-volume caseload with independent work and collaboration with attorneys and legal assistants.
• Travel statewide for court appearances and hearings as required.
• Consult with existing and prospective clients regarding representation.

The ideal candidate must be licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia and possess strong organizational, communication, and litigation skills. Criminal law experience is preferred, and trial experience is highly desirable.

Candidates should be capable of managing a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment, litigating cases through trial, and drafting legal motions, pleadings, and correspondence for courts and court personnel. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with fellow attorneys and legal assistants while also demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A willingness to travel throughout the State of Georgia for court appearances and hearings is required. Additionally, candidates should be comfortable consulting with both existing clients and prospective clients seeking legal representation.
