What You’ll Do

As an AssociateFamily Law Attorney, you will:

• Represent clients throughout Texas, with a primary focus on Dallas, Collin, and Rockwall counties and backup focus on Denton, Tarrant, and Parker counties.
• Handle cases from start to finish, including strategizing, drafting pleadings, managing discovery, communicating with opposing counsels/clients/courts, preparing for court, attending hearings and trials, and other lawyerly things.
• Advocate in the courtroom with confidence and achieve successful outcomes for clients.
• Work with empathy and attention to detail, balancing client care with strong boundaries.
• Contribute to a collaborative team and be part of something bigger than just a job.

• Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years practicing family law, including litigation and courtroom success.
• Skillset:A skilled draftsman with excellent writing abilities and sharp deductive reasoning. Values efficiency and effectiveness.
