We are an entrepreneurial family law firm thatis on track for aggressive growth,and we need an experienced family law associate to join our team and work directly with the managing attorney and the support the team to helpour clients.
We want to be known for helping our clients during an extremely emotional process feeling as though they are a better person, in a better position, and that they had a team behind them that cared for them. We are growing fast, and we need an associate attorney who can hit the ground running.
This position will be responsible for important work, including:
- Drafting motions
- Review Good Faith Demand letters for compliance with discovery
- Review drafts of motions to compel
- Conducting legal research and preparing memorandums of law
- Preparing for hearings and trials
- Attending evidentiary hearings and trials
- Attending mediations with clients
- Attending depositions with clients
- Conducting depositions of opposing parties and witnesses
- Drafting Objections to Discovery
- Reviewing and Drafting Requests for Discovery
- Drafting Final Judgments, Settlement Agreement, and Parenting Plans
- Attend team meetings

- Knowledge and experience with drafting Child Support Guidelines, Alimony Guidelines, and Equitable Distribution worksheets.
We love to help people learn and grow. But we don’t have the time for that right now. We need an associate attorney with experience in family law or working in fast-paced law firms. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding.
This is a full-time job where you are expected to manage a caseload, so you absolutely must be able to work 40 hours per week remotely and live locally to Central Florida. During the first year of employment, the pay will be $85,000/yr, (or $100,000/yr for 5+years of experience) with opportunities for increase after that. There is an opportunity for bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability.

10. Profitability Contribution
- Target: Contribution to the firm’s profitability through billable work, successful case outcomes, and client retention.
- Measurement: Analyze the revenue generated by the attorney's cases, the profitability of their work, and the retention rate of their clients.
- Why It Matters: Directly ties the attorney’s work to the financial success of the firm.
