Are you ready to demonstrate your expertise in high-stakes legal cases without the overwhelming pressure? Look no further! Ramsaur Law Office, a growing boutique litigation firm specializing in creditors’ rights, commercial collections, and bankruptcy matters, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Associate Attorney to join our team in Tacoma, WA.

Responsibilities:

1. Represent clients including national/regional banks, institutional lenders, nontraditional lenders, equipment financiers, Fortune 500 companies, and multi-million dollar judgment creditors across Washington, California, and Oregon.
2. Work on various aspects of creditors’ rights in commercial collections, judgment enforcement matters, and bankruptcy cases.
3. Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and professionals to provide high-quality legal services.
4. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Licensed to practice law in Washington or California.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed attorney, with training opportunities in this practice area.
4. Strong ambition to thrive in a dynamic firm, handling top-tier work and clients on the West Coast.
5. Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills.
6. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

$100,000 - $120,000 annually, plus bonuses DOE.
