Job Title: Litigation Associate Attorney (Insurance & Bad Faith)

Job Type: Fulltime

Location: Remote (candidate should reside in Seattle)

Responsibilities

Litigate insurance and bad faith actions in Washington and other jurisdictions, providing a wide range of insurance coverage services to clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in litigation, including motion practice, discovery, alternative dispute resolution, and trial preparation. The position offers flexibility for remote work.

Skills and Educational Requirements

• JD with excellent academic credentials
• Minimum of two years of solid litigation experience
• Experience handling coverage matters and litigating bad faith and insurance-related actions is preferred
• Ability to manage breach of contract, bad faith, and all facets of insurance litigation from inception to trial, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and legal research
• Experience providing liability analyses and litigation strategies
• Proficiency with Lexis and related legal research tools
• Experience in state and federal courts
• Ability to handle multiple priorities professionally and timely
• Current Washington Bar admission in good standing; California Bar is a plus

• Salary range: $130,000 - $150,000, adjusted based on experience and location
