SR Staffing is seeking an Associate Attorney for a Seattle-based litigation firm on a hybrid schedule (2 days in office). The practice covers civil rights, government matters, and a diverse caseload with mentorship at its core.

Ideal candidates have a J.D. and WA admission eligibility; civil litigation experience is preferred. Strong writing, analytical ability and advocacy are essential for long-term growth in this role.

Responsibilities

Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid, 2 days per week in office)

A well-established and highly respected Seattle-based litigation firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing practice. This opportunity offers exposure to a diverse litigation caseload while working alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative and mentorship-focused environment.

The firm represents governmental entities, public organizations, businesses, and individuals throughout Washington State. The practice includes a broad range of civil litigation matters, including:

• Employment Law
• School Law
• Police Liability (use of force, false arrest, etc.)
• Civil Rights Litigation
• Wrongful Death
• Road Design and Municipal Liability

What You'll Do

• Manage cases through all stages of litigation alongside senior attorneys
• Handle legal research, drafting, discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings
• Develop direct client relationships and increasing case responsibility over time
• Collaborate with a supportive team committed to long-term professional development

Ideal Candidate

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed or eligible for admission to practice in Washington
• Civil litigation experience preferred, but attorneys at various experience levels will be considered
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Self-starter with a desire to build a long-term litigation career
• Base Salary: $125,000 - $200,000+, depending on experience
• Structured bonus program significantly increasing earning potential
• Firm-funded profit-sharing program, historically contributing approximately 15% of earnings
