Job summary

Responsibilities

About The Opportunity

Our client is an established Pacific Northwest civil litigation law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its medical malpractice and general liability practices. The attorney will handle challenging litigation matters and advocate effectively on behalf of clients, including healthcare professionals and other professionals facing medical malpractice disputes, negligence claims, civil rights matters, licensing investigations, and regulatory issues. The firm offers a collegial and collaborative environment with an emphasis on proactive, innovative, and high-quality legal representation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation matters involving medical malpractice, general liability, and related disputes.
• Represent healthcare professionals and other clients throughout the litigation process.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
