We are a small and highly effective firm, now in our 31st year, looking for additional talented attorneys to join our practice. With low billable hour expectations, we offer work-life balance, interesting cases, and a firm culture that is family-oriented and collegial. We are hiring a lateral associate for a litigation position.

Our attorneys provide legal advice to clients and take the lead with case planning, depositions, court appearances, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Candidates must have an excellent academic background, and must be skilled in writing, research, and analysis. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Our office is in downtown San Francisco; remote work is available, but hybrid is preferred.

The annual salary range is between $120,000–$150,000 depending on experience, before discretionary bonuses and 401k contributions.

A J.D., California Bar admission, and at least three years of litigation experience is required. All others, please do not apply.
