Job summary

Teksky LLC is seeking a California-licensed Civil Litigation Defense Attorney with 4–5 years of experience, preferably in rideshare and UM/UIM defense litigation.

The role requires handling court appearances, discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and arbitrations, while managing multiple cases independently and communicating with clients. Hybrid/remote work options and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active California State Bar license in good standing.
• 4–5 years of civil litigation defense experience preferred, ideally in rideshare and UM/UIM litigation.
• Experience drafting and arguing motions and taking or defending depositions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to commute to or relocate to San Francisco, CA 94105.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with applicable laws.

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year

Professional Summary

We are seeking a California-licensed Civil Litigation Defense Attorney with 4–5 years of experience, preferably in rideshare and Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist (UM/UIM) defense litigation. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, the ability to manage cases independently, and a commitment to high-quality legal work.
