Synectics Inc. is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its San Francisco office.

The role targets a motivated attorney with a strong background in defense litigation, particularly rideshare and UM/UIM matters, offering the chance to manage your own caseload while working closely with partners in a collaborative environment. You will handle civil litigation matters independently, perform court appearances and depositions, and draft pleadings and motions.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in civil litigation defense.
• Experience with rideshare and UM/UIM litigation preferred.
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and handle a caseload of civil litigation matters independently.
• Conduct court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
