• Manage rideshare and uninsured/underinsured defense matters from discovery through resolution.
• Serve as the primary handling attorney on assigned cases based on experience.
• Draft and argue substantive motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Handle written discovery and case strategy.
• Make court appearances and represent clients throughout litigation.
• Prepare for and participate in mediations and arbitrations.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide clear case evaluations and updates.
• Handle pre-trial preparation and support trial strategy.
• Participate in trials when appropriate.
• Work directly with partners while developing greater case ownership and leadership responsibility.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Location
