Job Description – Rideshare & UM/UIM Associate Attorney

A growing civil litigation defense firm is seeking a California-licensed Associate Attorney with 4–5 years of litigation experience to join its San Francisco office, focusing on rideshare and Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist (UM/UIM) defense matters.

This role offers substantial responsibility, direct client contact, and the opportunity to independently manage a litigation caseload while working closely with experienced partners and trial attorneys.

• Handle rideshare and UM/UIM defense matters from inception through resolution
• Manage court appearances, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and motion practice
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
