Job summary

Pacer Group in California is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate to join its growing litigation team. You will handle a broad range of complex civil and commercial matters from early stages through resolution, with meaningful responsibility.

The role offers direct client interaction, case ownership, and opportunities to develop trial and deposition experience within a collaborative, growth-oriented firm. CA bar eligibility preferred; 1-7 years' experience requested.

Qualifications

• 1-7 years of civil and/or commercial litigation experience.
• Active California Bar membership or eligibility to obtain.
• Strong writing, research, and motion practice skills.
• Deposition and court experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently with supervision.
• Experience in insurance defense, business litigation, or general liability is a plus.
