Job description

This position is ideal for an attorney who already has a foundation in legal practice and is looking for greater responsibility, courtroom exposure, and the opportunity to further develop as a litigator.

In this role, you will work on a wide variety of civil litigation matters from the earliest stages of a case through resolution. You will have the opportunity to draft and argue motions, conduct legal research, manage discovery, take and defend depositions, participate in mediations, and work alongside seasoned trial attorneys in preparing cases for trial. Rather than being limited to a narrow role, you will be entrusted with meaningful responsibilities and encouraged to actively contribute to case strategy and client relationships.

What We're Looking For

Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar and have a minimum of two years of attorney experience.

Prior civil litigation experience is strongly preferred, and experience in areas such as insurance defense, public entity defense, employment, construction, business litigation, or professional liability is a plus.
