Keystone Collections Group seeks an Associate Attorney to represent municipal and county taxing bodies in delinquent real estate tax matters. The role requires strong litigation skills, attention to detail, and managing a high-volume docket with courtroom appearances and filings.
The attorney will work with taxpayers and government officials, perform legal drafting, and handle corporate matters as assigned. Remote work is possible 2 days per week after training.
Keystone Collections Group partners with over 900 school districts, municipalities, and counties throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to provide revenue continuity services. The Associate Attorney will provide legal representation to municipal and county taxing bodies in matters involving the collection and enforcement of delinquent real estate taxes. This role requires strong litigation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high-volume docket. The attorney will regularly appear in court, prepare legal filings, and interact with taxpayers and government officials. The position also includes general corporate legal work as assigned.

The attorney will work both independently and collaboratively within a small legal team, contributing to the effective functioning of public entities through diligent tax enforcement. Possibility to work remotely 2 days a week once trained.
