Keystone Collections Group seeks an Associate Attorney to represent municipal and county taxing bodies in delinquent real estate tax matters. The role requires strong litigation skills, attention to detail, and managing a high-volume docket with courtroom appearances and filings.

The attorney will work with taxpayers and government officials, perform legal drafting, and handle corporate matters as assigned. Remote work is possible 2 days per week after training.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Pennsylvania license or ability to obtain promptly.

Responsibilities

• Represent taxing bodies in real estate tax enforcement litigation.
• Appear in court and file pleadings.
• Provide guidance to municipal officials and county representatives.
• Review property records and ensure accurate case management.
• Support corporate matters as assigned.
