Enara Law PLLC in Phoenix seeks an Associate Attorney with 1–4 years of civil litigation experience to join our growing team. Our practice focuses on civil and commercial disputes, including contract disputes, business torts, and administrative litigation.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 1–4 years of civil litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil and commercial litigation matters in Arizona state and federal courts.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Communicate with clients regarding case developments and legal strategy.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and oral arguments.
• Manage discovery, court deadlines, and case schedules.
• Negotiate settlements and collaborate with attorneys and legal staff.
