They are an insurance defense firm, that has a tons of cases in complex civil litigation, construction, and personal injury matters.

The ideal candidate has insurance defense experience.

You must live in Arizona and be admitted to the bar in Arizona.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Case evaluation, recommendation, and support.
• Communicate with client and counsel.
• Propound and respond to discovery.
• Perform legal research and draft memoranda.
• Draft complaints, motions, and other pleadings and documents.
• Prepare for, take, and defend depositions.
