Our firm is looking for an Associate Attorney with approximately 1–3 years of experience to join our growing practice.

We are a business-focused law firm handling a mix of business law, commercial matters, general civil litigation, and select personal injury cases. We’re looking for an attorney who is a strong writer and also has general courtroom experience. We're looking for individuals interested in developing meaningful experience working directly with clients and handling matters from start to finish.

The position will involve a mix of litigation and transactional/business work, which may include drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, appearing in court, assisting with depositions and hearings, drafting and reviewing contracts and other business documents, handling aspects of personal injury matters, performing legal research, and communicating directly with clients.

Qualifications:

• Approximately 1–3 years of attorney experience
• Active Arizona Bar membership and good standing
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Litigation experience or a demonstrated interest in developing litigation skills
• Interest in business law and working with business owners
• Ability to manage deadlines and matters with increasing independence
• Professional judgment, responsiveness, and attention to detail

Compensation:

• Base salary of $110,000–$130,000, depending on experience
• Additional bonus opportunity based on billable performance and contribution to the firm
