Responsibilities include managing civil and commercial matters in court, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting research, and communicating with clients on case strategy. In-office presence 3–4 days per week is expected.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and Arizona Bar in good standing.
• 1–4 years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills; organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil and commercial litigation matters in Arizona state and federal courts.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Communicate with clients regarding case developments and legal strategy.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and oral arguments.
• Manage discovery, court deadlines, and case schedules.
• Negotiate settlements and collaborate with attorneys and legal staff.
