Plaintiff's personal injury law firm is seeking a dedicated and motivated Associate Attorney, with 3-5 years of experience, to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, research, and litigation. Responsibilities:

1. Independently handle case load, from pre-suit through litigation
2. Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases
3. Legal research and writing

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
2. Admitted to practice law in the States of Pennsylvania and New Jersey
3. Strong knowledge of personal injury law and litigation
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Ability to think outside the box to maximize case value
7. Ability to litigate cases effectively
