What will you need?

• 3-5 years of experience with general commercial litigation matters, multi-district litigation, or class actions in state and federal courts.
• Strong commercial litigation foundation
• Confident with independently conducting research, drafting substantive pleadings and motions, and organizing, conducting, and managing the discovery practice, including e-discovery.
• Must have a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted to or eligible to sit for the New Jersey Bar.
• Clerkship or journal experience preferred but not required.
