Responsibilities

• Lead complex litigation matters, managing a broad portfolio of commercial disputes including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, business torts, and certain civil litigation matters.
• Develop case strategy and drive outcomes by formulating and executing litigation strategies, overseeing pleadings, discovery, motions, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations.
• Provide courtroom advocacy and dispute resolution, leading appearances in state and federal courts, arbitration, and mediation, handling hearings, depositions, and trials with confidence and strategic insight.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering commercially focused guidance on risk, exposure, and dispute resolution strategies while building long-term client relationships.
