Job summary

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of commercial and business litigation exposure, direct client interaction, and courtroom exposure, with the ability to independently manage matters from intake through resolution.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Virginia.
• 4+ years of general commercial and business litigation experience.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently.

Responsibilities

• Review client records and conduct legal research.
• Handle discovery and draft analyses and recommendations.
• Take part in depositions and hearings; appear in court.
• Manage enforcement and compliance matters.
• Work directly with clients and independently manage matters from intake to resolution.

This attorney should have 4+ years exposure to general commercial and business litigation. The role provides direct client interaction, courtroom exposure, and the ability to independently manage matters from intake through resolution.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: review client records, research, discovery, draft legal analyses and recommendations, depositions, hearings, appear regularly in court, manage enforcement and compliance matters, etc.
