Job summary

The candidate will work under the Department Head and Equity Partner, with mandatory in-office presence three days per week and additional days as needed. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of employment law experience, excellent writing, research and oral advocacy skills, and is admitted to the California Bar.

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, Jr. to mid-level associate to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law counseling and litigation, with experience representing employers in a variety of forums and advising clients on compliance and risk mitigation.

Reports to: Department Head; Equity Partner

FLSA Type: Exempt

Mandatory 3 days per week, inclusive of Monday; additional days in office as required by the firm or based on client needs

Years of Experience: 2-5 Years

Compensation: $180k - 200k+ depending on experience and law school graduation year.
