Duties include communicating with and advising individual and institutional clients—including universities, hospitals, and corporations; drafting legal arguments; reviewing forms and otherwise preparing filings; and supervising paralegals and other support staff. This is a great opportunity for a highly-motivated, detail-oriented and organized attorney to gain extensive experience in a variety of aspects of business immigration.
