You will prepare employment-based labor certifications and immigrant visa petitions, advise diverse clients including universities and hospitals, and draft legal arguments.

Qualificações

• JD from ABA-accredited law school, bar admission.
• Exceptional legal writing, analytical and organizational skills.
• Interest in immigration law and ability to multi-task in high-volume practice.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare employment-based labor certification and immigrant visa petitions.
• Advise and communicate with individual and institutional clients including universities, hospitals, and corporations.
• Draft legal arguments and review forms for filings.
• Supervise paralegals and support staff; work under senior attorneys.
