Klasko Immigration Law Partners, LLP seeks an entry-level Immigration Paralegal to support employment-based matters in a hybrid role based in Philadelphia or Washington, DC. You will assist attorneys, interact with scientists and other professionals, and help guide clients through the immigration process.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to understand complex rules.

Job Description:

This position will handle a variety of employment-based immigration matters for multinational companies, universities, hospitals, and research organizations. You will work with attorneys and account managers, have contact with scientists, scholars, researchers, and other professionals to establish their eligibility for immigration benefits, and help guide them through the immigration process.

Successful candidates should have strong verbal, written, and organizational skills; be able to understand complicated rules and procedures; and have a bachelor's degree with excellent academic credentials.
