Orionplacement is seeking an attorney to join a boutique immigration law firm. This role involves managing a caseload of removal defense and asylum cases in a supportive environment focused on client success. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with up to 2 remote days per week, allowing a balance between in-office and home-based work.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Location: This role is based in Paoli, PA, with a hybrid schedule — work on-site most days with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week, including on days when court appearances are scheduled. Candidates must be local or willing to commute to the Paoli/Main Line area.
Note: This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal). Candidates must hold a bar license in any U.S. jurisdiction and have at least 1 year of hands‑on asylum and immigration litigation experience. Applications without these qualifications will not be considered.
