- Represent clients in all stages of litigation, including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Handle a diverse caseload involving insurance defense, property owners' legal issues, real estate transactions, and business disputes.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
- Develop and implement effective legal strategies to resolve complex legal issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends that may affect clients.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional service and ensuring their legal needs are met.
- Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to client representation.
- Participate in business development activities, including networking events and client meetings, to build and strengthen client relationships.
