Job Details

Seeking an Associate Attorney to join our transactional law practice. This role focuses on estate planning, probate, real estate, and business transactions. You will work collaboratively with fellow attorneys, clients, paralegals, financial advisors, and court professionals to provide comprehensive legal services. Our firm offers a collegial, modern work environment in a growing, vibrant, and economically thriving community.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to clients.
• Draft estate planning and other transactional legal documents.
• Work collaboratively with fellow attorneys, paralegals, and other firm staff.
• Perform legal research and stay current on practice area changes.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to and good standing with WI State Bar.
• Experience with transactional law, preferably in real estate, estate planning, probate, and trust law.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Ability to connect and build relationships with clients.
